When are the Grammy Awards 2020 nominations?

The nominees for the 62 Grammy Awards will be announced by 2019 host Alicia Keys, Recording Academy president Deborah Dugan, and Chair of the Board of Trustees Harvey Mason Jr TODAY (November 20).

Alicia, who has won 15 Grammy awards, will return to host the ceremony in 2020.

In 2019, she famously sang a medley of songs by Drake, Lauryn Hill, Kings of Leon, Ella Mai, Sting, The Fugees and Nat King Cole.

She ended the impressive set by belting out her own track, Empire State of Mind, which she featured on with Jay-Z.

Other names floating around for various awards include Lil Nas X, whose track Old Town Road was an instant hit, Tyler, the Creator, Lana Del Rey, Summer Walker, Lewis Capaldi and Rosalia.

Strictly’s Mike Bushell will FINALLY be kicked off the show this weekend, claim bookies – The Sun

STRICTLY star Mike Bushell will finally be kicked of the show this weekend, according to bookies.

The BBC sports presenter has been in the dance off three weeks running and bookmakers feel like his time is up as his odds are now, giving him odds of (2-5) for the axe.

The 17th season of the show has already seen six celebrities leave and there will be another elimination this weekend.

Mikes odds are the lowest of everyone's this weekend, with other dancers such as Chris Ramsey coming in at (4-1) and Emma Barton at (9-2).

"Mike has managed a hat-trick of escapes from the dance-off but this time punters think his luck is going to run out. He's been backed into (2-5) now to be eliminated this weekend and he's going to have to pull out something special to make it through again," said Coral's Harry Aitkenhead.

The presenter has faced a myriad of criticism since being on the show with people on Twitter saying: "you do your best but you'll never be a dancer" – and some fans even saying Mike staying on the show is a 'fix'.

Mike Bushell presents the sports segment of BBC Breakfast and his goal is to encourage everyone to get up and try new sports.

He currently holds the record for trying different sports and has profiled over 350.

Despite the negativity surrounding his performances in recent weeks, he has survived for 6 weeks of the show and continues to scrape through.

However, he will need to be on top form to beat the odds this weekend.

Strictly Come Dancing continues this weekend on BBC at 7pm this Saturday

Treadstone actor Brian J Smith comes out as gay after being forced to 'hide himself' growing up

TREADSTONE actor Brian J Smith has come out as gay and revealed he was forced to hide himself growing up.

The actor – who plays unwitting superspy Doug McKenna in the USA drama – has spoken publicly for the first time about how he was terrified to be himself as a gay kid.

Speaking about growing up gay in the conservative deep south of America, he told Attitude magazine: "I was terrified. At school I really couldn’t fit in anywhere. I wasn’t a jock or a nerd

"Forget about any LGBTQ union or groups. There was absolutely nothing. I was completely alone. I heard all the names: p****, f*****."

He added: "I could never be who I was. I was constantly having to check myself and make sure I wasn’t looking at someone too long or making someone feel uncomfortable.

"I had to be very, very careful about telling people the truth about myself. It still reverberates. A lot of my work is about that. The things that move me as an actor are those echoes that come up."

The actor shot to fame on Sense8, a Netflix drama about eight people across the world connected with the same mind after being born in the same moment.

Brian said it was the first time he could relax and be himself on a set with the diverse cast being helmed by Matrix filmmaker Lana Wachowski.

It featured several gay scenes for Brian but he had yet to come out publicly, only telling his friends and family when he was 30.

He said: "I remember being so relaxed. I thought, 'Finally, I can just be myself, I don’t have to put on airs for any of these people'."

The 38-year-old actor also revealed despite his fears of coming out to his family, his parents were "wonderful".

He added: "They said they were just waiting for me to say something. They were a lot more advanced than I gave them credit for.

"I think that’s when I became OK with it, too. Just in terms of being, 'Oh that’s the world, it’s not as dangerous as I thought it was'."

First Look at Angelina Jolie and ‘The Eternals’ Co-Stars in Armors Revealed

Photos of the actress, who plays Thena, and fellow cast members Gemma Chan as well as Brian Tyree Henry surface after reports of a bomb scare on the set of the Marvel movie.

AceShowbiz -First look at Angelina Jolie and her “The Eternals” co-stars, Gemma Chan and Brian Tyree Henry, in their superhero suits have surfaced online. The actors were spotted in characters they continued filming the Marvel movie on Tuesday, November 5.

The pictures, obtained by Daily Mail, were taken during the shooting on the beach set. Though blurry, they still reveal Jolie in Thena’s golden armor while she also sported a blonde wig. Chan donned a green suit as Sersi, while Henry wore a purple suit as Phastos.

The threesome appeared to be filming a scene in which they show their super powers. They made movement with their hands as if to control something invisible, while standing in between what looked like parts of a sunken spaceship.

Angelina Jolie, Gemma Chan and Brian Tyree Henry are spotted donning their superhero characters’ costumes on ‘The Eternals’ set.

The photos emerged after it was reported that Jolie and Richard Madden were evacuated from the set on the Canary Island of Fuerteventura due to a bomb scare. An unexploded bomb was found on the island and everyone was ordered back to a safe distance.

“It was obviously terrifying – the bomb could have been there for decades untouched but who knows what might have happened if it was disturbed,” a set insider told The Sun. “Some of the biggest stars in the world were on set and nobody was taking any chances. Fortunately, experts dealt with it.” It’s believed that the bomb dates from World War II, when the Nazis had a base on the island.

Madden, who was not spotted during the filming with Jolie, Chan and Henry, portrays Ikaris. Other stars in the movie include Salma Hayek, Kit Harington, Kumail Nanjiani, Lauren Ridloff and Don Lee a.k.a. Ma Dong Seok.

Based on Marvel comic created by Jack Kirby in 1976, “The Eternals” is about near-immortal beings the Eternals and their more gargantuan antagonists the Deviants, who were created by the cosmic beings called Celestials. The Celestials experimented on humans creating both races of immortal spinoffs.

Chloe Zhao serves behind the lens, with the script written by Matthew K. Firpo and Ryan Firpo. The movie is slated for a November 6, 2020 release in the United States.

'Last Christmas' Should Have Been Delightful, But It Is Not

It’s the most wonderful time of the year. That means Hollywood is bombarding us with holiday tales and Christmas flicks from all sides. You can find them everywhere from Netflix, to your nearest movie theater. One particular film, Last Christmas, helmed by Bridesmaids director Paul Feig has all the makings of the perfect sparkly Christmas flick.

Set in London, the ever-likable Emilia Clarke stars as Kate, a 26-year-old woman whose life is literally crumbling under her feet. Fully recovered from an illness that nearly took her life, Kate is struggling to put the pieces back together. However, she can’t seem to take anything seriously. Kate is barely present at her job as an Elf in a Christmas shop –much to the frustration of her boss Santa (Michelle Yeoh). She avoids her Yougalavian immigrant parents like the plague, annoys her friends, picks fights with her older sister, and seems to only find solace in drinking herself into a stupor and hooking up with a random array of disgusting men.

However, a chance encounter with a charming (and gorgeous) stranger Tom (Henry Golding), begins to shift her perspective slowly. Tom rides his bike around the city, volunteers with the homeless and has detached himself from his phone. As she bonds with him, the self-pitying haze that has settled over Kate slowly lifts forcing her to appreciate her second chance at life. However, because this is a romantic dramedy — the audience and Kate soon begin to realize that Tom isn’t exactly who he says he is.

Emilia Clarke and Henry Golding are charming in ‘Last Christmas’ but the story is flimsy

Though Clarke and Golding are charming with chemistry to boot, there’s isn’t much they can do with the film’s shallow script. There are funny moments here and there, but much of the film is so repetitive that it almost felt exhausting. Likewise, though it’s hard to hate Clarke, and many Millennials can probably relate to the funk Kate finds herself in — she does some pretty heinous things to her friends and loved ones. She’s often barely tolerable, which makes the audience less inclined to want to see her have a happy ending.

Emma Thompson, who stars as Kate’s mother, Adelia, inadvertently carries much of the humor in the film. Having fled the former Yugoslavia during the war — Adelia can’t stop worrying about or smothering her family with her doom and gloom commentary.

‘Last Christmas’ feels cheesy instead of timely

In an attempt to be timely, Last Christmas also shoved commentary on Brexit, and immigration into various scenes. Though the topics are critical to discuss, they didn’t feel fully fleshed out in the movie. Instead, it felt like a flimsy way to try and put a time stamp on this particular holiday film.

Written by Thompson and Bryony Kimmings to center George Michael’s music, the film’s soundtrack does have a good chunk of the late singer’s discography in it. However, the movie is just a literal incarnation of his song, “Last Christmas.”

This isn’t to say that the entire film is a wash. As a non-Londoner who has visited the city a couple of times, it was nice to see some hidden gems that aren’t typically displayed in cinema. Also, it was nice to see Golding as a leading man in a major Hollywood film.

The big twist in ‘Last Christmas’ is strange

Still, the film’s twist is so strange and unbelievable that you’ll question your own sanity when it’s revealed. (Or you might just be smarter than me and figure it out well before the big climax.

In the end, Last Christmas had all of the pieces for the perfect holiday film. Unfortunately, it won’t be a movie that fans of Christmas flicks return to, year after year.

Last Christmas debuts in theaters, November 8, 2019.

Coronation Street fans slam Shona’s ‘bedsheet’ wedding dress as bump steals show

Coronation Street 's Shona Ramsey (Julia Goulding) stunned fans as she walked down the aisle on tonight's episode to marry David Platt (Jack P Shepherd).

The Coronation Street cast member donned a flowing white dress as she was walked down the aisle by Roy Cropper (David Nielsen) for the sweet nuptials.

However, fans weren't thrilled with the loose dress as they compared it to a "bed sheet" and a "table cloth", as the material had to hide Julia's real baby bump.

One fan wrote: "Shona's wedding dress looks like a towel you wrap round yourself coming out the shower."

Another added: "I know in real she's preggers, but I thought Shona was wearing a dust sheet then. I'd sue the wedding shop for getting a dress like that."

Fans also noticed the baby bump during the ceremony, despite her trying to cover it with a bouquet.

'BIP:' Tayshia Adams Says Distance Wasn't the Sole Reason for Split With John Paul Jones

Long-distance relationships are never easy. In fact, distance has been the source of one too many Bachelor breakups. But for Tayshia Adams and John Paul Jones, long-distance wasn’t the only factor that led to their split. When Adams announced on October 30, that she and Jones had broken up for good, fans of the Bachelor in Paradise couple were devastated. But, even more than that, they were confused. As Jones recently made the move to Los Angeles, very close to where Adams resides, most people assumed that he’d made the leap for her.

Why did John Paul Jones move to Los Angeles

Jones certainly helped to feed that narrative in an interview he gave to Us Weekly. Citing his acting career and his relationship with Adams, he shared that moving to Los Angeles the right decision for him. “A few opportunities came up that were really just too hard to pass up and it just made sense to move,” the Maryland native shared about his decision to relocate.

Jones continued on to say that Adams living close by helped make the move all the better. “Tayshia is only an hour and a half away so that was a big draw and to my surprise, a talent agent reached out to me and they’ve been consistently getting me auditions and I’m waiting to hear back [on projects]. I honestly never could’ve expected this entire occurrence, it’s completely crazy. I’ll never be able to do this again so it just seemed like the right move,” Jones shared.

Tayshia Adams never asked JPJ to move for her

Of course, the headline that eventually came out of that interview made it seem like Adams was Jones’ primary reason for relocating and she was not at all pleased by that. Recently, Adams made her feelings known when she was a guest on the podcast Bachelor Party. The 29-year-old was adamant that Jones had moved for his acting career and that she never asked him to make the move for her.

“The fact that that’s the headline really does piss me off. Since the very beginning, I’ve told my friends, my family, everyone knows this — I will not have someone move for me unless we’re in a serious relationship. He moved here because he wanted to be an actor and because he is getting auditions and it was easier for them to attend those as opposed to flying out. That’s why he moved here and he knew that story since the very beginning,” the Bachelor in Paradise alum shared candidly about Jones and their relationship.

There were other factors that led to the breakup

Whether Jones made the switch for Adams is up for debate. But, according to Adams, it wasn’t the only reason that their romantic relationship eventually deteriorated. Adams was quick to share that “there were other factors,” that went into the decision. One of those reasons was the lack of clear, consistent, communication. Citing a previous relationship, Adams shared that she had learned to be very straightforward with her needs.

Brunch with Taytay>>everything else

A post shared by John Paul Jones (@johnpauljonesjohnpauljones) on

Another factor in play seemed to be age. As there is a five year age gap between Adams and Jones, there seemed to be a gap in the level of maturity and overall experience. “I told him, I’m like honestly, ‘I just want you to experience a little more life. I feel like you just need to live a little bit and learn a little bit because I feel like I can only do so much,’” Adams said of Jones. Well, we can’t say we didn’t seem this breakup coming, but we wish the ex-couple the best as they go their separate ways.

'Grey's Anatomy’ Fans Are Outraged at Owen, but a Few Come to His Defense Over His Outburst at Amelia

The ABC hit drama, Grey’s Anatomy is now in its 16th season and fans are just as invested as they were in the first. Only four original cast members remain (Ellen Pompeo, Justin Chambers, Chandra Wilson, and James Pickens Jr.), but we have come to love the newbies almost just as much as the OG.

The official Grey’s Anatomy Instagram account posted a short sneak peek from tonight’s episode that has fans reeling over Owen’s (Kevin McKidd) outburst at Amelia Shepherd (Caterina Scorsone). She just told him that she’s pregnant with another man’s child. Let’s take a look at the clip and why fans are getting unruly.

Amelia finally tells Owen that she is pregnant—he’s not happy for her

On the November 7, 2019, episode of Grey’s Anatomy, we will see Amelia tell her ex-husband, Owen that she is pregnant with Link’s (Chris Carmack) baby. From the sneak peek clip, we can tell he is shocked.

In the next scene, we see Owen expressing his true feelings over the secret. “You didn’t want to have kids, but now you are with somebody else. You are perfectly happy having a baby with another man.” He is yelling and very angry.

When Amelia and Owen were married she did not want to have kids, but fans will be quick to point out that she did have a brain tumor at that time. The tumor affected her emotions and demeanor in many ways.

She and Owen called it quits and now she is unexpectedly pregnant with her boyfriend’s child.

‘Grey’s Anatomy’ Fans are outraged at Owen’s reaction

The fan reactions to the promo have been almost entirely about Owen. They are outraged that he is reacting this way.

“Even apart, Owen can be toxic and abusive, no one deserves it !! He has no right to charge anything for Amelia, he made his choice, formed the family he always wanted. Now it’s Amelia’s turn, and she’s visibly better and happier without him!! I confess I’m looking forward to meeting the baby,” one Instagram user wrote.

Over 200 fans liked the comment referring to Owen as toxic. Another fan replied, “He just had a baby and lives with someone else, he has no right to judge Amelia.”

Countless fans are up in arms over the way Owen yells at pregnant Amelia, “Owen doesn’t get to bash her, not now, not ever,” wrote another fan. Fans are openly distraught over Owen’s reaction to Amelia’s baby news.

A few fans come to Owen’s defense

There is truth in the fact that Amelia did not want a child with Owen when they were married. Not everyone is on Amelia’s side.

“I think I will give him a little while to process this news before I will start passing judgment. He has a right to how he feels about this. He has worked on himself with therapy, and is handling his emotions pretty well. I think it is reasonable for him to initially be upset. Once he sits with the news and looks at the big picture, he will chill out. This is a man with PTSD, depression, possibly bipolar and whatever other scars he still holds that we don’t know about. I will give him the benefit of the doubt for now,” one fan defended Owen.

This fan is not the only one who is on Owen’s side. Another Instagram user wrote, “Owen is right. Amelia was such a bad wife to him and he loved her so much.”

Whether you are team Amelia or team Owen, it looks like tonight’s episode is going to be a heated one. You can watch Grey’s Anatomy Thursday nights at 8 p.m. on ABC.

‘Knives Out’ Looks To Carve Out $22M-$25M Over 5-Day Thanksgiving Stretch

Lionsgate/Media Rights Capital’s Knives Out arrived on tracking this morning with estimates ranging from $22M-$25M over the Wednesday through Sunday Thanksgiving period.

While that number isn’t anything to jump up and down about for a Thanksgiving release, there’s a lot of goodwill here in the Rian Johnson whodunit’s favor, notably its 98% certified fresh score on Rotten Tomatoes from 103 reviews. Also working on the pic’s side is Johnson himself, and in this era, great auteurs are stronger than stars in driving ticket sales. In a November marketplace where Disney’s Frozen 2 stands to debut to $100M-$120M+, Lionsgate knows how to zag while others zig, and Knives Out is that type of counterprogramming, however, its prime audience is older and younger males. Lionsgate pulled off a great counter-programming stunt in the middle of November 2017 against Justice League with Wonder, drawing families to that feature adaptation of the kids’ bestseller. That same month and year, Fox’s all-star ensemble Murder on the Orient Express, without any Oscar buzz (which Knives Out has), drew in upscale adults with a $28.6M opening during the early part of November and $102.8M final domestic and $352.8M WW result. Murder brought in the over-50 crowd at 50% with females at 59% (the Agatha Christie fans). Would be interesting to see if Knives Out can dynamite that demo into seats in the next four weeks. Some theaters are previewing Knives Out in advance on Nov. 22 at 7PM before its Nov. 27 opening.

Universal’s Melina Matsoukas directed and Lena Waithe written Queen & Slim is seeing a $11M start over 5 days. Some think it’s higher in the mid-teens over 5 days with the pic strong among African American audiences. The drama stars Daniel Kaluuya and Jodie Turner-Smith as a couple whose firsts date takes an unexpected turn when a cop pulls them over. Both Uni and Lionsgate have been respectively proud of both pics and screening them well in advance for the press. If the studios didn’t think either film had any upside potential, they wouldn’t be screening them.

Shia LaBeouf Reveals He's Still in Contact with Arresting Officer, Talks Friendship with Kanye West

“My dad’s a pretty off-color character, he wasn’t too enthused about me playing him,” LaBeouf recalled. “So I lied to him and told him that Mel Gibson would be playing him.”

Shia LaBeouf says he still talks to the police officer who arrested him back in 2017.

While appearing on "Jimmy Kimmel Live" Wednesday night, the actor, 33, spoke about his relationship with the Georgia police officer who booked him for public drunkenness, disorderly conduct and obstruction at the time.

"Is it true that you now keep in touch with the police officer who arrested you?" Kimmel asked and LaBeouf immediately replied, "Officer Bryant. That’s my guy…He invited me to go fishing yesterday."

The late-night host laughed and then pointed out, "I imagine when that incident occurred you didn’t think you’d be a fishing buddy with this guy."

"Oh no, I f–king hated him," LaBeouf said. "But, you know, life…it takes interesting turns."

LaBeouf was busted in 2017 after asking a bystander and police officer for a cigarette and became disorderly when he didn’t get one. It escalated and he became aggressive, before then making racist statements about the black arresting officer once in police custody. LaBeouf was filming "The Peanut Butter Falcon" at the time.

LaBeouf was at the late-night show to promote his film, "Honey Boy," a movie inspired by his own life growing up in Hollywood and all the highs and lows that came with it. The star wrote the screenplay for the film during his time in court-ordered rehab, after his arrest at the hands of Officer Bryant, as a form of treatment to cope with his PTSD.

"Well, they said, ‘You have PTSD, you have to start writing. This is how you get to the solution. The only way out is through.’" LaBeouf recalled. "So I started writing all these dark chapters of my life and it wound up being this script form thing, sent it to my friend, became a movie."

In "Honey Boy," which already boasts a near-perfect score of 95 percent on Rotten Tomatoes, LaBeouf plays his father, while Noah Jupe and Lucas Hedges portray young and adult versions of LaBeouf.

LaBeouf told Kimmel that his father wasn’t thrilled about his son playing him, so he told his dad Mel Gibson was portraying him instead.

"My dad’s a pretty off-color character, he wasn’t too enthused about me playing him," LaBeouf recalled. "So I lied to him and told him that Mel Gibson would be playing him."

"Then he signed the paperwork, and I got home and I broke it to him," he continued. "I sent him pictures. I said, ‘Listen man, it’s not like that.’"

Before his time in rehab, LaBeouf said he planned on quitting acting and considered joining the Peace Corps — and had even signed up. However, LaBeouf said that after he spent two months writing "this thing" (a.k.a. ‘Honey Boy’) his "plans changed."

"So when I got out, I wasn’t going to do the Peace Corps no more," LaBeouf said. "So we had a conversation about it, they were very peaceful about it."

Later in the interview, Kimmel asked LaBeouf about his friendship with Kanye West. The rapper "somewhat famously" went through LaBeouf’s closet to "gather ideas."

"We’re buddies…He came over, we were doing some art thing," LaBeouf said. "And then he was like, ‘Hey man, do you mind if I go look in your closet?’ I’m like, ‘[You’re] Kanye West. Go wherever you want to go. Do whatever you want to do.’"

"Honey Boy" hits theaters this Friday.

Brooke Burke Steps Out with New Boyfriend Scott Rigsby, Says Her Kids 'Really Like Him'

Brooke Burke and her new boyfriend Scott Rigsby just made their relationship red carpet official.

On Wednesday evening, the former Dancing with the Stars host and Rigsby stepped out together to attend Operation Smile’s Hollywood Fight Night at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles.

The two were all smiles as they posed for photos together at the event.

Earlier on Wednesday, Burke opened up about her new man while attending the Women’s Guild Cedars-Sinai Annual Luncheon at the Regent Beverly Wilshire Hotel. Asked how her kids have responded to the relationship, Burke, 48, told reporters they “really like him.”

“It is awesome because he is a great father,” she said. “He has two children and that is one of the things that I love most about him. He is really kind and responsible and devoted, so our kids are getting to know each other.”

“It’s a big deal, but it is really loving and kind, and I am really happy,” she continued. “He is a sweetheart, a really sweet guy. Yesterday I used the ‘B’ word. I was like, ‘Whoa! Boyfriend?! Babe, do you want to be my boyfriend?!’ I had to change his name in my contacts to ‘Boyfriend.'”

Burke shares son Shaya, 11, and daughter, Heaven Rain, 12, with ex David Charvet, and daughters Sierra, 17, and Neriah, 19, with ex-husband Garth Fisher.

Brooke Burke

Burke and Rigsby recently embarked on a sunny beach vacation in Los Cabos. They were joined by Julianne Hough and her husband Brooks Laich, and Derek Hough and his girlfriend Hayley Erbert.

News broke that the pair were dating this past August, less than a year after the fitness guru filed for divorce from Charvet, 47, in April 2018 after seven years of marriage.

At the time of their split, Burke requested joint legal and physical custody of their two children.

“They’ve been separated for a couple of months and tried as hard as they could to make their marriage work,” a source after news of the divorce broke. “But at the end of the day, they have to do what’s right for them and their family.”

Shortly after the announcement, Burke addressed her divorce from the Melrose Place actor, which she said was caused by “nothing sensational,” in a blog post for her parenting website, Modern Mom.

“You may have heard that David and I are divorcing,” she wrote. “We have tried to keep our separation private for some time out of respect for our children and family. Although I believe this is a positive change, I am deeply saddened because I loved being married.”

“Big life decisions are hardest when made for the right reasons,” she added. “It is sometimes painful to be strong and embrace change. I believe in letting go of ideas and dreams when the time is right. I am in that space right now as a woman and a mother, listening to my heart. I am approaching this with gratitude and unconditional love.”

'The Witcher' Confirms These 2 Characters Will Have A Bigger Role

Netflix’s The Witcher is one of the streaming service’s most anticipated new shows. The show will follow Geralt of Rivia, who is a Witcher, a monster hunter for hire. Geralt travels an area known as The Continent, searching for work.

Throughout his journeys, in The Witcher books, he meets many people, including Yennefer of Vengerberg and Cirilla of Cintra, more commonly known as Ciri. He falls in love with Yennefer and Ciri becomes kind of like a daughter to Geralt and Yennefer. The three of them will make up a somewhat unconventional family in Netflix’s version of The Witcher.

However, Yennefer and Ciri’s roles are somewhat different in the show than they are in the books. Find out how, ahead.

How are Yennefer’s and Ciri’s roles different in Netflix’s ‘The Witcher’?

According to the showrunner of The Witcher, Lauren Hissrich, she “wanted to introduce Ciri and Yennefer earlier” than they are in the books. That definitely makes sense for a TV show, to introduce characters that will become important early on. This way fans will get to know them and care about their fates even more.

Any adaptation will come with its differences from the source material. Some of those differences will work well while others won’t. Only time will tell which is the case for Yennefer and Ciri’s roles yet so far it seems like a good idea to make them more involved from the beginning.

Geralt fans shouldn’t worry, though. Henry Cavill’s version of the character will get enough screentime. As Hissrich says, “He is on the screen a lot. It’s important to make sure that Ciri and Yen get their due.”

Some fans will likely agree, wanting all three characters to be treated well by the adaptation. Geralt is the protagonist yet Yennefer and Ciri are heroes in their own right. Yennefer is a powerful sorceress and Ciri is a princess who is destined to become a Witcher. These three wonderful characters will be exciting to watch in the show, especially given Yennefer and Ciri’s bigger roles.

Why might Yennefer and Ciri have bigger roles in the show?

According to Hissrich, it is because “we need to understand [each character] individually, so we can understand them together.” This is one of the main reasons that Yennefer and Ciri got bigger roles. This way fans can get to know both of the women as individuals before they are part of Geralt’s life.

According to The Witcher fansite Redanian Intelligence, Hissrich was inspired by the author Andrzej Sapkowski. He told her stories about how strong Polish women were during World War II. Sounds good to us!

What might fan reactions be to Yennefer and Ciri’s bigger roles?

Fan reactions so far seem to be mixed. While some fans are most likely excited to see more of Yennefer and Ciri, others say that it’s a “dumb choice.” Still another fan believes the show will be “not worth watching” with more focus on Yennefer and Ciri. Another fan has a message for those fans, though, saying that “the books focused on them a lot too.” Therefore it makes sense for the show to do the same.

The news isn’t all bad for the show, though. One fan seems to be excited to see more of Yennefer and Ciri, saying that they are happy to see the show being made by “a woman who seems to understand her responsibility.” This fan mentions the Game of Thrones writers, who many fans felt did not fully understand what they were getting into.

The Witcher looks like it’s going to be an interesting show, despite what some might think. The books are well-written and therefore the show will hopefully not disappoint. Fans can also look forward to the acting talents of Henry Cavill (Geralt), Anya Chalotra (Yennefer), and Freya Allan (Ciri).

Exclusive: Top Boy's Ashley Walters confirms season 4 script is in the works

Ashley Walters has given fresh hope that Top Boy will return for season four as the actor says the team are currently working on a script.

The former So Solid Crew rapper plays Dushane in the hit series, which was revived by rap superstar Drake and brought to Netflix this summer after Channel 4 failed to pick it up for further episodes.

Despite the six-year gap, viewers loved the show’s new direction and smashed its first week, becoming the most-streamed show on Netflix.

Ashley, 37, isn’t able to confirm whether Top Boy will definitely return but he has confirmed he is currently working with writers on new storylines.

Speaking to exclusively, Ashley said: ‘Fingers crossed, we haven’t had the actual green light yet but it’s looking promising.’

Yes! Tell us more…

‘In preparation for that we’ve already been working out storylines and writing so it’s looking good. Obviously I won’t give anything away but it’s looking dope and we’re all looking forward to going again with the show,’ Ashley teased.

If season four is given the go-ahead by Netflix (which, let’s face it they’d be silly not to), Ashley admits it likely won’t hit screens for a while.

So brace yourselves for another long wait, although we’re guessing it won’t be six years like the last time.

‘It had a huge impact and I’m quite sad we didn’t film two seasons at once because if we do go again, these people are going to have to wait quite a while again which is going to be difficult,’ the actor admitted.

Viewers were thrilled to see Ashley reunited with his leading co-star Kano, who plays his drug-dealing sidekick Sulli in the gritty London-set drama.

Even if it did mean Kano sometimes pulling the wool over Ashley’s eyes and changing the script without notice.

Ashley recalled: ‘Kane likes to write his own versions. There’s one of the scenes where we’re in the cafe and [Sully’s] talking about [Dushane] having heart and he literally wrote a new scene the night before and didn’t tell me.’

He continued: ‘So we were sitting down doing this scene and he started saying lines I didn’t know and if you watch it, you can see me looking at him like, “How am I gonna play this?”

‘But you know that’s how it is everyday on set, which is why you have to big up the new actors a lot of that come in because it’s not they just come into an intermediate acting environment.

‘There’s a lot of experienced people and fearless people doing a lot of crazy s*** but that’s how we get it looking so good.’

There’s no doubt that Top Boy wouldn’t have returned without help from Drake, who discovered the series years after it aired and promised to breathe new life into the much-missed show.

Some were pleased that Drake’s role was behind-the-scenes as opposed to in front of the camera, with critics unsure of how the Canadian would fit in with the London dynamic.

Ashley’s not against the idea of Drake landing a starring role, as he explained: ‘If I’m honest I don’t mind. I think Drake has got a good energy.

‘The real question is will viewers mind and I couldn’t tell you but from my personal experience, watching his past work because I did some research as he comes from an acting background and it’s not a different world for him. It’s something he wants to get back into.’

The TV star continued: ‘I wouldn’t be against it, I think he can act and people would be surprised. But I think he’s so powerful as Drake, it would be a difficult task for viewers to see him as anything else. That would be down to really good writing and acting.’

Thanking Drake, 33, for his part in reviving Top Boy, Ashley said: ‘Drake helping Top Boy come back not only revived a lot of people’s careers, gave loads of people jobs, but make people financially stable. It’s a dope thing he’s been doing and you’ve seen him do it with people like Dave, and a lot of other artists he’s worked with.’

Ashley isn’t quite done with Top Boy as he’s just released the brand new track, Top Boy, featuring D Double E, Big Tobz and P Money, which is available to buy and stream now.

Top Boy seasons 1-3 are available to stream on Netflix.

Jason Momoa tries shooting James Corden's apple with bow and arrow

James Corden got a peek inside the life of Jason Momoa, veteran actor of Game of Thrones, the Aquaman himself, and star of Apple TV+ series See. After Momoa attempted to shoot an an apple off of Corden’s head with a bow and arrow while blindfolded, however, the Late Late Show host probably has a few regrets.

A new segment saw Corden with a rare “2 Hours Off” from his talk show duties, so he decided to hang with Momoa. It began with a motorcycle ride and quickly led to archery lessons. That’s when Momoa had a novel idea.

“We’re gonna do a little trust exercise,” the actor said. On See, a virus ravaged humankind and those who survived were left blind. So, Momoa wanted to wear a blindfold for a “William Tell”-inspired feat.

“There’s no reason for this. I already think you’re amazing,” Corden said.

The host then quietly replaced himself with a dummy and, when Momoa fired, his arrow got lodged in the dummy’s head. Now, the dummy was a bit shorter than Corden, who realized the arrow would’ve gone straight through his mouth if he hadn’t moved. This caused some tension, which was dissipated with some whip lessons.

The Bravermans Are Back! Parenthood Cast Set to Reunite at Upcoming ATX Television Festival

Family is forever — just ask the Bravermans!

To celebrate 10 years since Parenthood premiered on NBC, the cast of the beloved series is set to reunite at the ninth annual ATX Television Festival in June 2020.

The Austin, Texas-based event will bring together some of the show’s actors, as well as series creator Jason Katims and writer/executive producer David Hudgins for a special script reading and anniversary panel.

Peter Krause (Adam Braverman), Lauren Graham (Sarah Braverman), Monica Potter (Kristina Braverman), Erika Christensen (Julia Braverman-Graham), Mae Whitman (Amber Holt) and Craig T. Nelson (patriarch Zeek Braverman) are all expected to attend the event.

ATX confirmed that there are still some surprises about the reunion that remain under wraps, but fans can certainly plan to get emotional. As many viewers know, the series delivered a number of tear-jerking episodes while on air.

“More #Parenthood news will be coming, so stay tuned…” they wrote on Twitter, before joking, “(And now would probably be a good time to start stocking up on tissues, FYI.)”

Parenthood made its television debut on March 2, 2010.

Besides Krause, Graham, Potter, Christensen, Whitman, and Nelson, the series also starred Dax Shepard (Crosby Braverman), Bonnie Bedelia (matriarch Camille Braverman), Miles Heizer (Drew Holt), Sam Jaeger (Joel Graham), Savannah Paige Rae (Sydney Graham), Max Burkholder (Max Braverman), Sarah Ramos (Haddie Braverman), Joy Bryant (Jasmine Trussell), and Tyree Brown (Jabbar Trussell).

The NBC series followed Zeek and Camille, their four children (Adam, Sarah, Julia, and Crosby), and their individual families as they navigated life, love, and loss in Berkeley, California.

After six seasons on the air, Parenthood came to a close, with the final episode airing on January 29, 2015.

Ahead of the series finale, the cast reflected on their time working together with The Hollywood Reporter and revealed that their bond was not only strong on-screen, but off-screen as well.

“There are many shows where you intend to keep in touch, and the nature of what we do is that everybody moves on in so many different directions that maybe they will find a new family in whatever their next job is, but I have never been so confident that the members of my immediate family in this show will continue to be in my life forever,” Graham, 52, told the outlet.

“They have become part of my life and that is just unusual,” she added.

“I feel the same way,” Whitman, 31, chimed in. “It never ends. There is this sort of foreboding feeling, and for me to genuinely not have that in any way and just know that we have become daily ingrained parts of each other’s lives.”

“I mean, [Graham] and I do mundane things together all the time. It has just spiraled into something so woven into the fiber of who I am,” she continued. “I don’t even remember what it was like before knowing these people.”

James Bond odds: Richard Madden REPLACED by shock new SCOTTISH favourite

Great Scott! Forget the cutthroat world of international espionage. The race to replace Craig after his final outing next year is a brutal and pitiless one. Some of the UK’s biggest male stars (and one of two ladies) have been duking it out. For much of this year, a new pretender had seemed unbeatable and, it must be said, tailor-made for the part. Shockingly, he has just been pushed aside by a complete newcomer after a startling rush of bets see two Scots leading the charge.

Madden seemed untouchable, riding high on the Bodyguard after Game of Thrones.

He even has a huge new Marvel blockbuster, the Eternals, coming out with Angelina Jolie.

Yet, another strapping Scot has Highland flung him aside.

British bookies Coral just released a statement: “Punters have placed a wave of substantial bets on Sam Heughan to be the next James Bond with bookmaker Coral, with the firm forced to slash the odds down to 5-2 (from 12-1).”

  • James Bond No Time To Die: New pictures show Aston Martin in action

This a major new development. Nobody has seized the lead like this, coming from far out of the blue.

Heughan is now the favourite to be the next 007 after Daniel Craig, overtaking Richard Madden (3-1), Tom Hiddleston (4-1) and James Norton (5-1) in the betting.

Although he is most famous for time-travelling drama (and bodice-ripper) Outlander, he has already convincingly played a British secret agent in The Spy Who Dumped Me.

Even so, do people know something we don’t?

Coral added: “This latest gamble on who the next James Bond will be has taken us by complete surprise but it is clear from the bets we have taken that plenty of punters are convinced that Sam Heughan will be stepping into 007’s shoes after Craig. It’s knocked us for six and we’ve had no choice but to slash the odds and make him favourite in the market.”

The rest of the field continues to be made up of the same familiar faces.

At 6-1 Michael Fassbender, 8-1 Jack Lowden, 8-1 Tom Hardy, 10-1 Idris Elba, 12-1 Aidan Turner, 14-1 Cillian Murphy, 16-1 Henry Cavill and 20-1 Henry Golding.

James Bond 25 shock reveal: Daniel Craig’s 007 ‘has QUIT’ (THEORIES)

Richard Madden himself has stayed quiet on the subject but his proud father Richard Sr spilled the beans earlier this year.

During a question-and-answer session, Richard Sr was bluntly asked his son’s James Bond hopes and replied: “Whether it is James Bond or any other big role, Richard has got ideas about things he’d like to do.

“Richard doesn’t specifically say, ‘This is my goal.’

“I’m quite sure he does want that to be on his CV one day but he’s not making a song and dance about it…”

Heughan, who is best known as Jamie Fraser in Outlander, has previously revealed he would love the chance to bring Bond back to Scotland, reminding everyone it all began with Sean Connery

“I think any actor who says they wouldn’t [want to play Bond] would be lying,” he told STV earlier this year. “I think it’s about time we had a Scottish Bond again.

“I think Fleming had a good connection with Scotland and I believe James Bond was supposed to have been bought up in Scotland.

However, he also acknowledged the number of actors he would have to beat to get the part, saying: “I know I’ve got competition out there, so we’ll see what happens.”

'Riverdale' Is Debuting a Character 'More Dangerous' Than Hiram Lodge This Week

If you thought Hiram Lodge (Mark Consuelos) was the most dangerous character on Riverdale, you may want to think again. Another Lodge will be welcomed to the fold this week and it seems like she can be more lethal than her father.

Hermosa Lodge comes to town in ‘Riverdale’

The eldest child of Hermoine (Marisol Nichols) and Hiram will arrive in Riverdale on this week’s episode. Hermosa Lodge will be portrayed by Vida star Mishel Prada.

At New York City Comic-Con earlier this year, series creator Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa confirmed details about the character. When Prada was first cast in the series as a key recurring character, her ties to the current characters were not revealed.

During the show’s panel, Aguirre-Sacasa revealed that the character, “a Miami-born private investigator,” was, in fact, the older sister of Veronica. Aguirre-Sacasa said that Hermosa is “just as scheming” as Hiram. He commented, “She’s just like daddy, but a woman, so more dangerous.”

Who is Mishel Prada?

Like Hermosa, Prada is also from Miami. Prior to her starring role in Vida, Prada also starred in The Walking Dead‘s spinoff web series, Fear the Walking Dead: Passage.

In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter last year, Prada talked about her role on Vida. “We haven’t really seen something like this on TV — these characters, these vibrant and alive and flawed and human and very independent, strong women that are not perfect…and as a Latina woman it adds this whole other layer because I’ve never gotten the opportunity to play a character like this,” she said.

Similarly to her role on Vida, her Riverdale character seems to be another strong, Latina woman.

Camila Mendes and Mishel Prada tease Hermosa’s arrival

Both Mendes and Prada posted about the eldest Lodge sister’s arrival on Instagram.

Mendes posted, “exciting reveals in tomorrow’s episode. hello hermosa.”

Prada captioned her photo as “Veronica and Hermosa Lodge on film.”

Riverdale airs Wednesday nights on The CW.

RHONJ Alumna Jacqueline Laurita Slams Ex-Friend Teresa Giudice: 'She Has No Accountability'

Jacqueline Laurita is standing by her sister-in-law, Caroline Manzo.

On the latest episode of her podcast The LookOver Ladies, the Real Housewives of New Jersey alumna, 49, responded to Teresa Giudice‘s headline-making claims that Manzo had ratted out her and her husband, Joe Giudice, out to the federal government.

“She’s putting the blame on everyone else still,” Laurita said, alleging, “If she wouldn’t have lied about her assets, if she would have given up her financial information, she wouldn’t have gone to prison. Her husband set it up so she wouldn’t go to jail. He did everything he could to keep her out of jail. But she lied under oath.”

“That was her lie. That was her assets she hid,” Laurita claimed. “She has no accountability. … She’s a narcissist. She really believes that she’s famous for being infamous. I would never want to be famous for flipping tables, acting classless, being dumb and being a felon.”

Jacqueline Laurita and Teresa Giudice

Teresa and Joe’s legal troubles came to a head in July 2013, when they were charged in a 39-count indictment that included conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, bank fraud, making false statements on loan applications and bankruptcy fraud.

The reality TV stars submitted fraudulent mortgage and other loan applications from 2001 through 2008, a year before their show debuted on Bravo, making phony claims about their employment status and salaries, according to the indictment.

Then, in their petition for bankruptcy protection initiated in October 2009, the couple concealed businesses they owned, rental income they received, and Teresa’s true income from her RHONJ role, her website sales and her personal appearances, the indictment said.

Joe, 49, also failed to file tax returns for the years 2004 through 2008, when he was alleged to have earned nearly $1 million, the government said. When Teresa, 47, filed for a mortgage loan of $121,000 in 2001, she falsely claimed she worked as an executive assistant, submitting fake W-2 forms and fake paystubs.

Prosecutors said at the time that Joe and Teresa also hid their anticipated increase in income from the then-upcoming second year of the show.

After originally pleading not guilty to all charges, Joe and Teresa then changed their plea to guilty.

“I don’t honestly believe that you understand or respect the law,” the judge told Teresa during her sentencing. “I I need to send a message. In the eyes of the law, it doesn’t matter who you are. There are consequences to pay.”

Teresa served a little over 11 months in prison after pleading guilty for mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud, and was released on Dec. 23, 2015. Joe began his 41-month sentence for the same crimes in March 2016 and was released this March. He was detained in ICE custody until last month, when he moved to Italy to await the final ruling in his deportation appeal.

Teresa and Joe Giudice

Since getting out of prison, Teresa has repeatedly suggested that Laurita and Manzo were behind her legal troubles.

She first brought up the theory in the season 7 reunion, and again in late October, during her and Joe’s bombshell sit-down with Andy Cohen.

Both Laurita and Manzo have vehemently denied Teresa’s accusation.

“[Teresa] and I were friends at the star of this investigation of hers,” Laurita said on The LookOver Ladies, before giving her theory of how the Giudice’s legal troubles began. “She was on national TV, flashing cash like crazy. Everyone saw it. And then they filed bankruptcy — which I didn’t even know because she lied to me about all that — and then when they knew they were getting over their heads because they lied about a lot of stuff on their bankruptcy, they tried to withdraw the bankruptcy, which drew a ton of red flags to the district attorney. …. So that’s why they were getting investigated.”

Manzo, 58, spoke out about Teresa’s claim on her son’s podcast, Dear Albie.

“I think she’s grasping at straws and I think she’s delusional and I think she’s trying to throw mud and hoping it sticks on any which wall that will catch it, but it’s not gonna work,” she said.

“I had no knowledge of anything they’ve ever done in their life, you know?” Manzo continued, referencing an eerie prediction she made about Teresa on the show that’s since nearly come true. “Teresa had had an abundance of legal issues and it was all over the press, and the writing was on the wall that something was going to happen because the indictment was so big. So you don’t need to be a rocket scientist to figure it out.”

As for the idea of there being a rat, Jacqueline’s husband Chris Laurita had claimed on the RHONJ season 7 reunion that a former business partner of Joe’s likely reported them to the government.

“This was already an ongoing investigation from way back,” Jacqueline claimed on her podcast. “What added to it was Joe’s business partner, who he screwed over, he owed him a lot of money. The guy went to a mutual friend of ours and said that he was going to go to the feds if Joe didn’t pay him the money. The mutual friend went to my husband and said, ‘Hey, do you think you can get Joe to sit down with his ex partner and work a deal with him where he pays the money? Or else he’s going to go to the feds.’ And Joe’s response was, ‘He can go f– himself.’ “

“The friend went back and told the ex-partner that Joe didn’t want to sit down with him, didn’t want to work a deal,” Jacqueline said. “And one can assume he went to the feds, and that’s what happened.”

Teresa Giudice and Jacqueline Laurita

Teresa and Jacqueline were both original stars on RHONJ when the show premiered in 2009. Though they began as close friends, their friendship fell apart throughout the years.

“When I first met her, she was very light-hearted. Ditsy. So funny, because she was so stupid, I think,” Jacqueline said on her podcast. “I always had laughs with her. It was fun, it was light-hearted. … Teresa likes yes friends and people who always agree with her. She likes fans, not friends. I didn’t see the ugly side to her until [later].”

Despite their differences, Jacqueline did say she wished all — including Joe and their four daughters — the best.

“It’s a very sad situation for the kids,” she said. “I hope Joe moves on and finds something great for him. I wish Joe a great future. I hope he learned from his mistakes and he’s going to be more successful than ever.”

The 1 Reason the Cost of Your Netflix Subscription Will Probably Increase Soon

That Netflix will soon increase its prices is not news. Such increases are pretty regular and pretty predictable. Reactions are pretty predictable too – every time a hike is announced, people complain and drop or threaten to drop the service.

Or they might at least drop it temporarily and re-up when there’s something new they want to see.

And therein lies the main reason the price is bound to go up again soon. It’s not just because Netflix is facing more and more competition, with the likes of Disney+ and Apple TV+. It’s because Netflix is paying billions of dollars to keep the content fresh, and some of that cost is passed on to the viewer.

How much has Netflix raised its prices?

Although Netflix’s DVD-by-mail operation still exists, we’re only considering the history of the company as a streaming outlet, and that started in 2010, when the price was $7.99. The price for the same plan is now $12.99 per month, so the price increased about 60 percent in 10 years, according to Quartz.

Throughout that time, the streaming service has gained 140 million subscribers, becoming the dominant force in the industry. It has faced competition from the likes of Amazon, Hulu and HBO, but Netflix remains the predominant streaming outlet in the US — so much so that Netflix has become kind of shorthand for any streaming content, even if it’s not on Netflix.

Consider the protest a religious group made against Good Omens, despite the fact that it was actually an Amazon show.

When the prices go up, they usually go up about $1 a time. The price hike earlier this year was $2, which set off some alarm bells. It may or may not be a coincidence that Netflix saw a drop in subscriptions this year, according to CNBC.

More competition is on the way

The remainder of this year will be pivotal for Netflix, with Apple TV+ and especially Disney+ serving to undercut Netflix’s dominance. Both companies did this with price points significantly lower than Netflix: Disney with $7 a month and Apple at $5 a month. Mighty as both those companies are, they’re still new to the streaming game, particularly Apple, which up until now hasn’t been a content producer.

Netflix knew very well this was coming. That’s why, according to this chart, Netflix has been spending more and more money on content. In 2015, the spend was $1 billion, which is massive enough, but, the amount has increased almost every quarter, with the most recent amount being nearly $4 billion dollars.

Netflix has spent money not only to keep its current producers, like the Duffer Brothers of Stranger Things in the fold, but to lure producers that have had massive success before them, including Shonda Rhimes and David Benioff and DB Weiss of Game of Thrones. They spent upwards of $100 million to finance Martin Scorsese’s movie The Irishman, when other Hollywood studios balked at such a massive price tag. Someone has to help pay for all those deals. And that someone will be us.

Netflix isn’t going anywhere, even if viewers start to

There will no doubt be people who will defect from Netflix to Disney, Apple, and/or HBO Max, which this week announced a hefty lineup of original product from the Warner libraries.

Even so, the idea of a “Netflix killer” seems silly, because numerous products have been dubbed “iPhone killers” and those certainly have remained dominant being the most expensive products on the market.

Apple’s offerings are especially thin, and while Disney’s are not, they still won’t have every MCU film or every Pixar film even after its launch date.

But instead of killing Netflix, all the new services will more likely hurt traditional cable and satellite companies, as streaming increasingly becomes the norm. Netflix may erode, but it will always be seen as the leader, as content and prices continue to do the opposite of eroding.

Chris Harrison Says 'The Bachelor' Can't Feature Too Much Diversity For Fear Of The Show Getting Cancelled

In the past few years, The Bachelor franchise has made some strides in creating a more diverse show. In 2017, The Bachelorette featured its first black star (Rachel Lindsay), and the most recent season of Bachelor In Paradise featured the show’s first same-sex engagement (Demi Burnett and Kristian Haggerty–who have since split up).

The show still has a long way to go, though, to be considered inclusive.

Franchise host Chris Harrison recently spoke to a group of journalism students at the University of Southern California about “diversity and the behind-the-scenes of the reality television series,” according to The Daily Trojan.

The discussion went over-time because Harrison took so many student questions.

Chris Harrison addresses the diversity issue

One student, after professing her love for the show, asked Harrison if the producers are conscious of the audience’s desire to see more diversity and if we can expect better representation in the future.

Harrison agreed that when the show first began in 2002 it did not do a great job of casting diverse contestants. He does feel representation has improved through the years, but that he and the producers can’t make any “great social statements” anytime soon.

“It was incumbent on us to change that narrative, and we have done that,” he said. “Over the last several years, we have taken great strides in … trying to make you feel more represented. While I would love to only make great social statements and really change the world, I can’t just do that because we have to stay on the air … or I’m not making a social statement to anyone.”

Harrison went on to say that he feels The Bachelor team can’t force diversity on its viewers.

“You have to take it as it comes … because then it’s organic and then it feels right,” he said. “When you try to force things is when it backfires on you … We took that step in that we had our first African American, but I didn’t look at her and go, ‘So happy she’s Black.’ I’m happy that she’s a badass woman, and oh by the way she also happens to be African American.”

Another student asked Harrison about the likelihood of a gay Bachelor ever taking place.

Harrison said he does not know if that will ever happen.

The franchise’s host believes that The Bachelor‘s role isn’t to change society, but rather, to change as society changes. He used Lindsay and Burnett as examples of the show evolving with the culture.

Harrison also mentioned that many of the people who work on The Bachelor behind-the-scenes are of different races and sexual orientations.

‘The Bachelor’ is very much ‘real,’ according to Chris Harrison

The host also discussed how much of the show is “real,” and how much is produced–a hot Bachelor Nation topic, especially after this last season of Bachelor In Paradise.

Harrison assured the audience that the contestants are real people who he and the producers truly care about.

“You kind of have to take your hand off the wheel and let stuff happen,” he said.

Harrison said that what the contestants say is never scripted, but that producers construct environments that force contestants to “deal with each other” in interesting ways.

The Walking Dead season 10 spoilers: Maggie Rhee returns in first look tease?

The Walking Dead has seen the loss of a number of characters throughout the show in the past few years. The remainder of the show’s tenth season will also see the final episodes of Michonne (Danai Gurira) in the weeks to come.

As the show is about to lose a strong character in its impending episodes, it has been rumoured a former character will be making a return to Alexandria.

Although many viewers would have hoped this would be Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln), the latest episode’s trailer teases the triumphant return of Maggie Rhee (Lauren Cohan).

The trailer for the new episode – which is titled Bonds – focuses mainly on Negan’s (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) infiltration in the Whisperers’ camp.

Unbeknownst to him, however, Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus) and Carol (Melissa McBride) are also hiding in the wings the forest, scouting the villains’ horde of walkers.

Perhaps the most interesting part of the trailer, is the final few seconds.

Viewers will see Eugene Porter (Josh McDermitt) once again pleading for a response on his radio.

And in the last second of the clip a woman’s voice can be heard responding, saying: “Hello?”

This is, as viewers will know, extremely similar to the final seconds of season nine’s finale episode.

Since then, many viewers have been expecting this mysterious person to be revealed as the returning Maggie.

Could this communication finally be proof that she is on her way back to the show?

Maggie was always a great leader, and will surely thrive off of the new systems at play in both Alexandria and Hilltop – but could she return to take on the role of a member of the board?

Meanwhile, the latest episode of the show also revealed Ezekiel (Khary Payton) is suffering from cancer.

However it seems there is a lot more to Ezekiel’s emotions than his illness, as revealed by showrunner Angela Kang.

Speaking to Entertainment Weekly she explained: “Ezekiel is clearly going through a lot right now.

“He’s lost so much and that character is like a Tigger, you know? He’s optimistic and he really takes on a lot of the burden of being the cheerleader for his people.”

“But we’ve also seen that he is able to fall into pretty deep dark depressions as well.

  • The Walking Dead season 10, episode 5 streaming: How to watch online?

“When he lost all his people during the All Out War battle on the Savior outpost, we saw that he was in a pretty bad place.

“So we really kind of wanted to deal with Ezekiel and where he’s at emotionally and the sense of depression and just thinking for a second then maybe he might want to end it.”

Ezekiel will surely have a tough couple of episodes to come – but will he be able to get through it with his allies by his side?

The Walking Dead season 10 continues Sunday on AMC and Monday on Fox UK.

Hillary Clinton Says This Was Chelsea's Most 'Mischievous' Act in the White House

“You did nothing mischievous?” Corden inquired and Chelsea joked, “I was perfect, James.”

Chelsea Clinton’s most "mischievous" act as first daughter in the White House may surprise you.

While appearing on "The Late Late Show with James Corden" Tuesday night, Chelsea and her mom, former First Lady Hillary Clinton, participated in a fun game of "Face Your Mother." The rules of the game were simple: Each participant was asked a question about the other. Both contestants then had to write down their answer and if they matched, both mother and daughter won a point.

Corden asked the ladies some absolutely hilarious questions, including some of the shenanigans Chelsea would get into when she was a teenager when her father, Bill Clinton, was in office.

"What is the most mischievous thing you did as a teenager in the White House?" Corden asked. Chelsea then showed her whiteboard. "Nothing," it read.

"You did nothing mischievous?" Corden inquired and Chelsea joked, "I was perfect, James."

However, Hillary said there was something her daughter did that the secret service wasn’t okay with. Apparently ordering pizza is against the rules.

"When you’re in the White House, you can’t order pizza," she explained. "When she would have friends over, they would want to order pizza and it kept causing all kinds of commotion with the secret service."

Despite Hillary’s answer, Corden couldn’t believe that Chelsea didn’t do anything mischievous in the White House. The late-night host even threw in some suggestions, like drinking or smoking.

"Of course not, James," Chelsea said and Hillary joked, "Anything she says could be held against her."

Corden continued to quiz the mother-daughter duo about Hillary’s "most annoying" travel habit, who of the two is more high maintenance and one thing Chelsea thinks Hillary is "terrible" at.

The pair, who are promoting their new book, "The Book of Gutsy Women," failed to get matching answers on most of the questions, except for two, including what Chelsea disapproves of when Hillary babysits her children: Charlotte, 5, Aidan, 3, and Jasper, 3 months.

"There’s not enough space," Chelsea joked before writing down her answer.

Hillary first showed her guess: "Junk food and screen time." Chelsea then read her answer, "Pizza for lunch and dinner. EVERY DAY."

"You scored a point!" Corden announced.

The second question they both agreed on? That Chelsea did the most work on their new book. She is a children’s book author, after all.

Watch it all go down in the full clip, above.

'Today Show's' Hoda Kotb Shares How She Tries to Squeeze a Workout in Her Busy Schedule

HodaKotb of the Today Show has a full plate bothprofessionally and personally. With her lead anchor post on the NBC morning newsprogram, most recent book on the market, and two young daughters at home whomshe recently adopted – Haley Joy in February 2017, and Hope Catherine in 2019 –Kotb has very little spare time.

Her busy lifestyle can make it difficult to maintain a regular exercise schedule or wise eating habits, but Kotb revealed that she has a specific motivation for trying to stay healthy.

Previous health battles

Kotb was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2007. In an interviewwith Ann Curry later that year, she shared her fears of looking different aftersurgery.

“Knowing that you’re not going to be the same as you were.Knowing that when you look in the mirror, you’re never going to be whole,” shetold Curry at the time, according to

Kotb ultimately came to the realization that the battle made her stronger. “What I get from this whole horrible ordeal is, I get, you can’t scare me,” she said.

Two motivating factors

The Today anchor often speaks of how becoming a mom has brought profound joy into her life. With the happiness brought by Haley and Hope, Kotb also has renewed inspiration to take care of her health. The journalist shared that wanting to maintain optimum health isn’t about appearance.

“I’m not doing it just so, ‘Oh, can I fit into my stupid size 10 dress?’ which is gettingharder. I want to do it so that 10 years from now, I am on the floor stillgetting with those kids,” she said, according to Today.

While fitting workouts into her busyschedule can be a challenge, reports that Kotb sets a daily calendarreminder to take her daughters on a stroller run. Though she’s onlyaccomplished the feat once, Kotb is still able to remain active with her kids.

“I feel like, sometimes you have to realize you can’t beeverything for everybody, and so you just do the best you can,” she said.

“I feel like Bonnie Raitt times 10 —like how someone would feel when you wait so long for something, and then youcan’t believe you have it,” Kotb shared. “It’s not lost on me for one minutethat I get the privilege of raising two children. I’m not going to waste orsquander my time. It’s an amazing thing I get to do.”

Kotb is grateful for the many positives in herlife, and realizes that her greatest blessings happened at an unexpected time. “Irealized most of my life I’ve had something to do but that was it.
