“In selling my old home, I let a piece of the past go,” El Moussa told PEOPLE at the time of the move. “It was a very defining moment in my life. But now it’s time to move on to the next chapter. And that’s right here.”
Young and El Moussa first met on the Fourth of July last year, and the realtor commemorated that day earlier this month with another photo on Instagram.
"One year of meeting!!!! I love you more than the world 🌎🇺🇸" she wrote in the caption for a sweet snap of the couple enjoying a boat ride, adding, "Defining moments……"
