Kanye West’s $4M Former SoHo Apartment Has Found a Buyer — See Inside the Minimalist Space

The couple moved into the house in December 2017 following an extensive renovation, during which they stayed with Kim’s mom, Kris Jenner. They worked with Belgian architect Axel Vervoordt to completely remodel the home, creating a stark, almost-church-like aesthetic.

Asked by Architectural Digest how she keeps the space so pristine with three kids in residence, Kim said, “Oh my God. I run around the house with towels. You just have to take a deep breath and say, ‘Ok, it’s going to happen. We decided to have light colors.’”

In September 2019, a source confirmed to PEOPLE that Kanye had purchased a ranch in Cody, Wyoming — a city in the northwest of the state, just 52 miles from Yellowstone National Park — for $14 million. The massive property has panoramic views of the surrounding Rocky Mountains, and comes in at just over 4,500 acres.

The Kardashian-Jenner clan has been taking advantage of the ranch as of late, even celebrating Kim and Kanye's eldest daughter North's seventh birthday there over the weekend.

In November 2019, PEOPLE reported that Kanye had purchased another property in the Cowboy State, also for $14 million: the Bighorn Mountain Ranch, near Greybull, Wyoming.

Bighorn Mountain Ranch boasts approximately 6,713 acres and “consists of excellent cabins and lodges, rolling grass-covered hills, and meadows that are cut by deep tree-covered canyons and game filled bluffs,” according to its property listing on Hayden Outdoors.

The property includes a five-bedroom, four-bathroom log home, a cookhouse cabin with room to sleep two, and three additional cabins for another four-to-six people. It also has two heated helicopter pads, a sauna, thousands of roaming stock and wildlife, access to White Creek, and a fenced corral and pens, the listing states.
