Shaq Finally Sells His California Home for $1.9M After Price Cut — See Inside!

Shaquille O'Neal has finally sold his Bell Canyon home!

The former NBA star and sportscaster, 48, put his Southern California house on the market in November 2019 for $2.5 million, listed with Tomer Fridman and Jonathan Siegfried Compass. The home was eventually relisted with Emil Hartoonian and Nicholas Siegfried of The Agency, who sold it over the weekend for $1.850 million — $650,000 less than the original asking price.

Located in a gated community, the five-bedroom, five-bathroom contemporary home has an open layout with a two-story foyer where Shaq displayed some of his basketball trophies and artwork dedicated to his time with the Los Angeles Lakers.

A second living room can be found off the home's kitchen, which comes complete with marble countertops, custom cabinetry, and stainless-steel appliances.

Listing photos show a cozy den featuring a fireplace and a painting of 2Pac.

The first floor also includes a dining room, a media room with a full DJ set-up, and a home office Shaq decorated with a portrait of himself smoking a cigar overlooking the desk.

Upstairs, one can find the master bedroom, which comes equipped with dual walk-in closets, its own fireplace, a rain shower and jacuzzi bathtub.

A second bedroom also has it's own ensuite bathroom, while the third and fourth bedrooms share a bath and second jacuzzi tub.

The home's lush backyard includes a heated pool and jacuzzi, along with a fire pit and outdoor seating. The property is also walking distance from a community center, gym and tennis court.

In February 2020, Shaq tried to sell the home himself in an unconventional way: via Instagram.

"I'M SELLING MY HOME IN BELL CANYON CA," he captioned a post, sharing the house's real estate listing along with a video tour of the luxurious residence.

"It can be all yours for $2.5M," he wrote, before leaving an email for "SERIOUS buyers" to contact for more information.

O'Neal also famously has a massive multi-million dollar home, dubbed Windemere Manor, in Florida. The basketball star first listed that house — complete with an indoor basketball court — for sale in March 2018 with a price tag of $28 million.

In December 2018 he dropped the price to $22 million and relisted it again for $19.5 million in September 2020.
