A native of Queens, Sarandon says she is ready to bid adieu to her longtime apartment, but will never be ready to give up her status as a New Yorker. She has plans to downsize nearby and is currently spending time social distancing with her family at their home in upstate New York.
“I’ve always been a New Yorker and I’ll continue to be a New Yorker,” she says.
